Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all consultation bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling requests, and related transactions conducted through the Rytmove Platform.

By booking, scheduling, participating in, or paying for any consultation through Rytmove, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Rytmove is committed to creating a fair and transparent experience for both Users and Advisors.

This policy outlines session fees, refund eligibility, cancellation rules, rescheduling rules, payment disputes, and the 10-Minute Confidence Guarantee.

2. The Rytmove 10-Minute Confidence Guarantee

Rytmove believes that Users should feel comfortable with the Advisor before committing to a paid consultation. Accordingly, every consultation includes a 10-minute evaluation period at the beginning of the session.

During this period, Users may assess whether the Advisor is relevant to their challenge, whether the Advisor understands the context, whether the discussion is likely to be useful, and whether they wish to continue the consultation.

If the User decides not to continue during the first 10 minutes, the consultation may be ended immediately, no consultation fee will be charged, and no further obligation shall arise for either party.

This policy exists to encourage trust and confidence in the consultation process.

3. When Charges Begin

Consultation fees become payable only once the initial 10-minute evaluation period has passed and the User voluntarily chooses to continue the consultation.

By continuing beyond the first 10 minutes, the User acknowledges they are satisfied with proceeding, that the session is now considered chargeable, and that refund eligibility becomes subject to the provisions of this Policy.

4. Consultation Fees

All applicable fees shall be communicated before booking confirmation. Rytmove shall not impose hidden charges.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, consultation fees shall be displayed prior to payment and Users shall have visibility into applicable charges before confirming a booking.

Current pricing structures may be revised from time to time at Rytmove's discretion.

5. User Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel a booked consultation before the scheduled session start time.

Where cancellation occurs before the session begins, refund eligibility shall be determined based on the timing of cancellation, and administrative or payment processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

Rytmove reserves the right to define cancellation windows from time to time.

6. User No-Show Policy

If a User fails to attend a scheduled consultation, fails to join within a reasonable waiting period, or becomes unreachable at the scheduled time, the consultation may be treated as a User no-show.

In such cases, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied, and rescheduling may be offered at Rytmove's discretion.

7. Advisor Cancellation Policy

If an Advisor cancels a confirmed session, Rytmove may, at its discretion, arrange a replacement Advisor, reschedule the consultation, provide a full refund, or offer an alternative session.

Users shall not be charged for consultations that do not occur due to Advisor non-attendance.

8. Advisor No-Show Policy

If an Advisor fails to attend a scheduled consultation without reasonable notice, Rytmove may reassign or reschedule the consultation, issue a refund, or take internal action against the Advisor.

The decision shall be made based on the circumstances of the case.

9. Technical Failure Policy

Refunds or rescheduling may be considered where a consultation is significantly affected by platform outages, audio or video failures, connectivity failures, scheduling system errors, or payment processing failures.

Rytmove reserves the right to determine whether a technical issue materially affected the consultation.

10. Rescheduling Policy

Users may request rescheduling of a consultation. Approval of rescheduling requests may depend upon Advisor availability, notice period, existing commitments, and platform policies in force at the time.

Rytmove shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

11. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be issued solely because:

  • The User disagrees with advice received or expected different recommendations
  • The User fails to implement advice
  • Recommendations do not achieve desired results
  • Business performance or revenue does not improve
  • Product outcomes or strategic decisions do not succeed
  • Market conditions change or competitors outperform the User's business
  • The User experiences commercial losses
  • The User changes their mind after completion of the consultation

Consultations provide perspectives and experience-based discussions, not guaranteed outcomes.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Users acknowledge that business decisions involve risk, consultations provide guidance and perspectives, outcomes depend on numerous external factors, and no recommendation can guarantee success.

Accordingly, refund requests based on business outcomes shall not be approved.

13. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Rytmove shall not be responsible for banking delays, card processing issues, payment gateway interruptions, financial institution errors, or settlement delays.

Users should contact the relevant payment provider where such issues arise.

14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a User initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Rytmove reserves the right to review the matter internally, request supporting documentation, suspend platform access during investigation, and contest invalid chargebacks.

Users agree to attempt resolution through Rytmove support before initiating external payment disputes.

15. Fraud Prevention

Rytmove reserves the right to refuse refunds where it reasonably believes fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of the refund process, or multiple unjustified refund claims have occurred.

16. Refund Processing Timelines

Where a refund is approved, it shall generally be processed through the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer, and actual credit timelines are outside Rytmove's control.

17. Platform Discretion

Rytmove reserves the right to review refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Decisions shall be made reasonably and in good faith, taking into account session participation, advisor attendance, technical circumstances, supporting information, and platform integrity.

18. Limitation of Liability

Approval or denial of a refund shall not create any liability on the part of Rytmove.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rytmove shall not be liable for business, revenue, opportunity, or commercial losses, strategic, product, or hiring failures, reputational losses, or consequential damages arising from consultations or decisions made following consultations.

19. Changes to This Policy

Rytmove may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updated versions shall be posted on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
